Conference registration form.

Thank you for your interest in joining us in Berkeley! In order to register you for the conference, we need some information. After you fill in the details below, you will be forwarded to Paypal to pay the conference fees.

You are not logged in. If you have an account at the the IVRPA site, please log in before filling in the form. That way you won't have to fill in information we already know. Your account information is the same as on the main IVRPA site.

Conference booklet
We will be producing a Conference Booklet and would like to include information on attendees.
Conference T-shirt
A conference is not complete without a commemorating t-shirt. Please let us know your size.

VR from the Basics
On friday before the conference officially kicks off, there is an open workshop for people to learn the basics of VR Photography.
Monday field trips
On monday afternoon there are scheduled fieldtrips. Please select the fieldtrip you would be most interested in.
Costs of the monday afternoon fieldtrips are still being determined. We will have confirmation of costs and take reservations or direct you to the proper place to reserve your spot by May 15.
Conference fee
You are not currently a member of the IVRPA. You can choose to pay the non-member fee, or you can save and join the IVRPA as a member at the same time as registering for the conference. The IVRPA has three different types of membership; please read this page about the differences between, and your eligibility for each member type.
Cancellation policy: Conference fees will be fully refunded when canceled before May 15. Cancellations after May 15 will incur a $50 fee.
